Projects Challenges/Highlights

  • The Project was quoted and PDC took it on as a traditional detailing Project however was required to complete this as a Design assist Project.
  • PDC were required to work closely with the Design Team to aid in the completion of the connection design which added more pressure to what was already a tight schedule.
  • The constant Design changes and late connection design required a big effort from the team to mitigate delays.
  • The Project was delivered on schedule due to the PDC involvement in the development of the connection and the collaboration with the design team.
